All below fees are stated in Danish currency VAT exclusive.
Unsubscribe:
Cancellation up to one month before the Introductory session is free.
When canceling from one month before the Introductory session and up to two weeks after the Introductory session, the invoiced amount for the certification will be credited with a deduction of kr. 2,500 for Level D and kr. 5,000 for Level C, B & A.
If you unsubscribe from Level D later than two weeks after the Introductory session, no credit will be given.
When canceling participation at Levels C, B and A from two weeks after the introductory session until after Step 1; or if the candidate is stopped at Step 1; 40% of the invoiced amount for the certification is credited. No credit will be given for later deregistration.
If the CV/self-assessment has been passed at Step 1 (level C and B), but the written exam has not been passed, it is possible to take part in a re-examination. If you take part in the re-examination, the possibility of getting 40% credit is no longer available.
Moving to the next certification round:
Moving up to one month before the Introductory Session is free.
When moving to the next certification round, from one month before the Introductory session and up to two weeks after the Introductory session, a fee for the move of Kr. 2,000 for Level D and Kr. 4,000 for Level C, B & A is invoiced.
If moving later than two weeks after the introductory session, a fee of Kr. 3,000 is invoiced for level D and Kr. 8,000 for levels C, B & A.
In the event of a move, the possibility of repayment ceases. If, at the introductory session or immediately afterwards, you assess that you have registered for the wrong certification level, you can change the level at no cost other than the price difference at the individual levels.

Cancellation up to one month before the Introductory session is free.
When cancelling from recertification at level C, B and A, between one week before the Introductory session and before submitting the CV Self-Assessment, 60% of the invoiced amount will be refunded. When cancelling at level D, 40% is refunded. No credit will be given for later deregistration.
Moving to next certification round
A move is only possible if the next recertification round ends before your certificate expires.
An amount of Kr. 3,000 will be invoiced for levels A, B and C. An amount of Kr. 1,500 will be invoiced for level D.
